Note: Faculty/Staff parking lots on campus are available (with no permit needed) for parking on weekends and after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Luthiers
Luthiers arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., we recommend coming to the Summit Circle on Locust Street to unload (get directions). After unloading, you may park in any campus lot that is not designated as "24/7 Faculty/Staff."
Crafters/Handmade Market Vendors
For load-in and out, please come to the Summit Circle located on Locust Street (get directions). Load-in starts at 8:00 a.m. Carts will be available for you to check out in order to move your wares to your assigned table location. Please ensure that you have a form of identification to be held while you are using the cart(s).
Other Parking Tips
If you are arriving early, there's a good chance you can find a spot at the library parking deck which is available to the public on weekends. Please be advised that the first row of parking spots in the deck is reserved for faculty at all times– do not park there. If you are arriving later in the day (after 11:00 a.m. or so), we recommend the Raley Parking Lot off Rivers Street (get directions). There is also parking available to the public on weekends next to Rankin Science Building (get directions)– it's not as far as it looks, but it's an uphill walk.
